Meticulously designed using the most advanced simulation software available, the TTR CNC Billet Intake Manifold for Yamaha 1800 jet-ski engines sets new performance standards. Featuring internal carbon fiber ducts and a plenum design that maintains a perfectly balanced airflow distribution, this intake manifold has been tested and refined in extreme environments, including our own racing jet ski, the FuelTech Compound Turbo and Supercharger which is being an important platform for new innovation in water sports.

Incredible Efficiency: At extreme high boost and RPM, this manifold has demonstrated remarkable thermal stability, confirmed by the precision data acquisition of the exhaust gas temperature difference of less than 20 degrees Fahrenheit within a temperature range of 1450 degrees Fahrenheit of EGT. An impressive feat, even under the most challenging conditions.
Power Flexibility: Engineered for use with 4 injectors, which simplifies fuel system, wiring and complexity, harnessing cutting-edge technology from our FT Injectors. It can be used with any injector depending on the desired power level and fuel (you can calculate which injector is the best for your application here: https://www.fueltech.net/pages/fuel-injector-calculator), being able to supply +1000hp.
Advanced Compatibility: The manifold seamlessly integrates with traditional RIVA Racing fuel rails and compatible, although they may require drilling for an 11mm upper feed for the FT Injectors (not included). Sealed with provided o-rings on all flanges, it ensures an airtight seal on the cylinder head, plenum assembly, and throttle body.
Throttle Body Options: Compatible with the original Yamaha electronic throttle body (SVHO or HO) or the preferred Bosch Motorsports 68mm electronic throttle body, chosen by enthusiasts and professionals alike.
Turbocharged Design: The strategically positioned throttle body is oriented towards the back of the jet ski, ideal for turbo conversions, significantly reducing intercooler piping length and enhancing overall efficiency.
